Role Overview

This position is responsible for the tasks associated with the installation of access control, CCTV, fire, and intrusion alarm systems.

Status

Full Time, Non-Exempt

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service & maintain a variety of Security, Fire Alarm, Camera and Access Control Systems
• Install cabling for a variety of low-voltage systems
• Perform annual fire alarm certifications
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience as an alarm technician
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Clean Background Check – Criminal and Driving
• Valid Driver’s License
• Understanding of construction sites, best practices, and worksite safety
• Applicant should be motivated, team-oriented and a quick learner
• Applicant should possess common industry hand tools

Work Requirements:

• Ability to work with hand tools, meters, and other necessary industry-related equipment
• Ability to climb ladders and operate lifts
• Ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds
